The Commercial Bank and Trust digital bank is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can see your balances, verify automatic payments, make transfers between checking accounts, download and view current account statements, and more.
 
What do I need to do to Prepare?
 
  • Make sure you know your login credentials. Face ID and Touch ID won't work the first time you access the app.
  • Ensure you have a compatible browser on your computer. Our new online banking platform is supported by most browsers - Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. It is NOT supported by Internet Explorer.
  • Please be sure we have your latest email address for communications.
  • Contact customer service if you have any questions.
  • Read below for further information on our digital banking upgrade!
First Time Access
Access from Any Device Access to the New Mobile App
  1. Once our new platform has launched, you can log in using the same gold login button found on our website.
  2. Your current credentials will still work to log in.
  3. You will also be asked to set up Two-Factor Authentication to increase the security of your online account. Once this information is entered, you will choose to receive a one-time verification code by either text message to the mobile number entered, automated phone call to the number entered, or Authy or other authenticator app.
  1.  Once our new app is available, you will first need to download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for Commercial Bank and Trust.
  2. Your current login credentials will work , but please note that Biometrics will not work the first time you log into the app. If you do not recall your login information, you can contact us to reset it.
