My NetTeller User Guide

My NetTeller
My NetTeller is an optional landing page that allows you to build your own, personal online banking homepage. My NetTeller does not replace any existing pages, but serves as a dashboard to your Commercial Bank accounts. With My NetTeller, you can display the functions you use most on one screen. With personalized options and convenient, easy access, you will find that My NetTeller has many great benefits that will add to your Commercial Bank online banking experience.

1. Login to NetTeller. From the Main Menu, select the "My NetTeller" option.
Once the images finish loading, you will see a brand new screen that includes widgets and page configuration options.
2. Configure your My NetTeller page. Click on "Configure This page" to get started.
Once you click “Configure This Page”, you will see a window allowing you to choose which widgets you want to display in each column on your My NetTeller. To configure a column, select the column you want to configure from the drop-down box.
Then, drag and drop to add or remove widgets from your My NetTeller, or you can click the minus sign to remove items and the plus sign to add items. You can also select the order in which they appear for each column by dragging and dropping.
Click "Save" when you are finished.
3. Next, configure your widgets. Click the “Configure” icon to access a window that allows you to configure the widget. While the configuration concept for each widget is the same, the content within the configuration window will vary based on the purpose of the widget. The Configure icon will not appear on widgets where configuration is not applicable.
For example, clicking “Configure” in the “My Accounts” widget shows a list of accounts you can display within the widget. Click “Save” when you are finished.
Then, drag and drop to add or remove widgets from your My NetTeller, or you can click the minus sign to remove items and the plus sign to add items. You can also select the order in which they appear for each column by dragging and dropping.
When your My NetTeller redisplays, the “My Accounts” widget will be populated with the accounts you chose.
4. Set My NetTeller as your Start Page. When you are satisfied with your My NetTeller, select this box to save it as your new home screen every time you log into NetTeller.
Click Yes to set this as your new start page.
You may deselect the “Set As Start Page” box to restore the traditional Account Listing as your default home screen.
5. Navigate. Once your My NetTeller widgets are configured, you can use the icons in the upper right-hand corner of each widget to navigate.
Clicking the 
"Go" icon will jump to the traditional screen relating to the data contained in the widget. For example, clicking “Go” in the “My Accounts” widget takes you to the Account Listing screen that you are accustomed to viewing.
Clicking the 
"Remove" icon will immediately remove the widget from your My NetTeller. You can always re-add the widget under “Configure This Page” link.
Note: You may place your cursor over the “Configure”, “Go”, and “Remove” icons and hover text will appear, defining that icon. Not all widgets have all three icons.
You can always access the traditional view of NetTeller by actively clicking on the tabs at the top of the screen.
