Roles and Responsibilities
 
  • Transports mail and/or supplies to Jackson, Memphis and Union City weekly.
  • Transports weekly Henry County branch capture paperwork to Deposit Operations.
  • Readies and delivers supplies to all branches.
  • Maintains basement stock inventory.
  • Stores incoming supplies on available days.
  • Performs requested maintenance tasks at Henry County
  • Keeps vehicle serviced and clean.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Backs-up Program Manager and LPL Broker.
  • Performs the following client relationship management duties:
  • Answers telephone promptly
  • Returns calls and follows up on all client service issues

    • Posts client transactions and follows up
    • Investigates client account problems
    • Maintains client financial planning information on Money GuidePro
    • Manages overnight packages for cost efficiency
    • Pursues paperless office and cost savings through technology, i.e. Redtail, Clientworks, MoneyGuidePro, and Albridge
  •  Performs the following accounting duties:
    • Checks monthly commission report for accuracy; follows up on unpaid trades
    • Prepares requested documentation for various audits and examinations by internal and external auditors.
  • Performs the following compliance duties:
    • Files statements and client-related materials
    • Maintains LPL database
    • Maintains prospectus inventory and compliance and operational requirements
    • Coordinates charges and write-offs as requested
    • Maintains client files as outlined in Written Supervisory Procedures manual
    • Keeps Manager apprised of operational and compliance updates
    • Monitors compliance with CE requirements
    • Submits, tracks, and follows up on advertising and literature requiring approval/revisions as requested

  • Assists with implementing marketing programs and seminars by:
    • Performing direct mailings and advertising
    • Assisting and following up in obtaining compliance approval on all seminar materials and presentations.
    • Assisting in preparation of seminars and other marketing materials in conjunction with Creative services.
    • Assisting with the follow up process of marketing strategies and seminars including contacting attendees, etc. Managing website marketing and updates.
  • Holds and secures keys to two bank lock boxes, one for Trust and one for leases, deeds, etc.
  • Hold guarantee stamp.
