Role and Responsibilities:
  • Cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safety deposit rent; sells Official Checks; takes check orders; handles returned checks; lets customers in safety deposit box; and performs Visa/Master Card cash advances for customers.
  • Scans works through Branch Capture
  • Balances vault and ATM; restocks ATM
  • Handles account inquiries and solves customer problems at the first customer contact
  • Runs coin machine
  • Completes training as needed
  • Has helpful attitude with co-workers and customers
  • Strives to improve the efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings
  • Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Adheres to IT Program including IT Security Policy and completes required IT training

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Trained in various Customer Service departments and the Call Center to fill-in for absent employees or to assist during peak periods.
  • Performs the duties of paying and receiving teller:  cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safety deposit rent; sells Official Checks; completes CTRs as needed; takes check orders; and performs Visa/Master Card cash advances for customers.
  • Performs the duties of Customer Service representatives:  opens new accounts, monitors check orders, and cross-sells all accounts offered by the bank, assist customers with IRAs and IRA questions and with account inquiries, comply with CIP requirements, and orders ATM cards.
  • Backs up the Switchboard Operator and Call Center employees.
  • Employee has prompt and regular attendance.
  • Adapts to flexible scheduling.
  • Completes training as needed.
  • Has helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assists Special Assets Manager with Real Estate, automobiles, and other assets as directed.
  • Performs general office duties and manages projects as directed by the Senior Trust Officer.
  • Coordinates Pugliese Medical Foundation Grant Applications, Approvals, Denials, and Tax Log Process. (Paris)
  • Prepares Trust Committee Minutes and various other Trust Committee Reports monthly as requested.
  • Files health and life insurance claims
  • Accurately prepares 60 Day Reviews and aids in the preparation of Account Instrument and Investment Reviews.
  • Coordinates bills for trust, estate, and agency accounts to be paid by other Trust Staff.
  • Employee opens, stamps, scans, and distributes mail and other incoming and outgoing documents in a timely and organized manner daily.
  • Employee is responsible for working with designated officer(s) effectively including coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Employee is responsible for account file review of all designated officer’s opened and closed account documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Employee follows up with customers, trust officers, operational team, and other professionals, as well as prepares routine correspondence to beneficiaries, vendors, professional partners, and IRS.
  • Employee accurately inputs Trust Committee decisions, approvals, and code changes into the trust accounting system, as well as the appropriate Trust department logs as requested.
  • Employee responds to customer inquiries, researches and resolves complex account issues as needed.
  • Obtains tax identification numbers for new trust accounts as needed.
  • Reviews maturity report and performs necessary tasks to collect or reinvest proceeds.
  • Employee researches Estate Administration Projects as directed by the Trust Officer.
  • Provides the highest level of support to clients.
  • Enables associates to sell more bank products and services.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be willing to complete Cannon Financial Institute Trust School.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares all early and closing Consumer Purpose Real Estate documentation in compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies for required loans for all markets: Purchases, Refinance, Home Improvement, HELOCs, Construction, Modifications, and Renewals.
  2. Review loan rates and loan origination fee on debt recap /credit approvals for
  3. Accepts request for loan documents via the department ticket system. Prepares documents including but not limited to the Loan Estimate within the regulatory timing requirements. Prepares revised Loan Estimates due to a Changed Circumstance. Prepares Closing Disclosure and any Closing Disclosure Revisions within the regulatory timing requirements before consummation.
  4. Generates documents including but not limited to Early Disclosures, Promissory Note, Security Agreement, Security Instruments, and Loan Document Checklist.
  5. Requires understanding of documents, including but not limited to a title search, title insurance, appraisal, flood determination
  6. Communicate with loan personnel on all loan requests throughout the loan process, as well as scheduling loan Work closely with Loan Operations and Compliance Department.
  7. Confirm certain documents are in the shared folder before the loan closes.
  8. Update loan closing calendar on the intranet.
  9. Prepares and reviews escrow documentation.
  10. Completes Rate Spread Calculator, MDIA calculator, and the Early and Closing Consumer Real Estate Checklists for Consumer Real Estate Loans: purchase, refinance, home improvement, HELOC.
  11. Input HMDA data information for all originated
  12. Use Xperience after loan is closed to verify all LEs and CDs are documented and imaged.
  13. Use the ONBOARD loan documentation system and Xperience proficiently.
  14. Answer phone and check and reply to department email
